I just changed both upload_max_filesize and post_max_size to 50MB for you since that's what the defaults are on other PHP versions. The changes can take up to 2 hours to take effect.

This support request is being escalated to our root admins.

I have a service that upscales pdfs to images with the option to download or upload. My highest upscale (8x) makes the image just above 2mb making my upload fail. I am requesting to increase this to 4mb if possible. I am on Tommy, Username is Poppabuzz, PHP version is 8.5.3.

We are not a domain registrar and cannot accept domain transfers. That said, you can host your domain here by changing your DNS records (use NS records pointed at ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, or A and AAAA records that can be seen in Plesk) and requesting the domain be added to your account.

Domains added, the changes will take effect in about 40 minutes. You'll need to create an A/AAAA record to Morty's IP or switch to HelioHost's nameservers for the domains to work.

Krydos is still working on it. The mail server on Johnny is (was) broken due to missing certificate files. Tommy had this issue a few weeks ago. We'll let you know when its fixed.

[UPDATE] Dear @wolstech, Problem 1 has been solved. I can login into my webmail now. 🙂 Problem 2 still exists. But instead "4 delayed e-mails", "8 items total", it is now "6 delayed e-mails", "7 items total" and later the error message "Request failed with status code 500". Please see attached screenshots. Ok. Thank you very much dear @wolstech for looking into it. 🙂 I just tried again to login into my webmail. The webmail login screen appears. But when I enter e-mail address + password, I get the same error message on my screen. Hopefully it can be resolved soon. )) Thank you so much.

The intermittent 502 error is going to be Apache restarting...that's normal for Johnny. As for the 500 error and the mail delays, we're looking into that for you. The 500 error in Roundcube especially appears to be affecting everyone, as I can reproduce it on my test account too.
