  6. I have a johnny.heliohost.org I have had my own domain added to it. I have created the email account I want to use. I have installed an email client on my Windows computer (Betterbird). Im not sure where to go from here. I thought maybe I needed to setup a SSL so i tried to do that but got the error in the image attatched. its been over 24 hours since the domain has been added. - Thank You for any support and assistance

  10. 503 errors are normal for up to 2 hours after being unsuspended. It's been about 2 hours now since you were unsuspended for the second time so they should have resolved themselves now. If you're still seeing 503 errors let us know. If you get suspended for a third time don't ask for an unsuspension unless you are ready to fix the issue immediately.

  13. no , since my first suspension i never logged into my account i was not able to login system says account suspended ! i was just able to login half an hour before and i immediately removed all files,however now i'm facing 503 error on my new files , kindly advice!

Your first suspension ended at 2025-12-20 21:01:11 and then about 3 hours later you had not fixed the issue, or had made the issue worse somehow, and your second suspension started at 2025-12-20 23:59:48 because 76 simultaneous copies of your Telegram bot were running.

  17. The cron job for every minute has been deleted, the file Voldox_bot.py has been renamed to Voldox_bot.disable so it cannot execute, and you've been unsuspended. Please delete all related files and do not run that bot here again. It is WAY too heavy (and apparently does not exit properly). Also, I would suggest not running scheduled tasks more often than every ~30 minutes. This is your second suspension for this. A third suspension for excessive load may be permanent. Unsuspended. The account may take a little while to start working.

  25. Whatever you were running was a bit too heavy. Please reduce the usage. You can run cron as often as you need, but keep in mind that cron tasks cause load like everything else. Run them too frequently and you'll just end up suspended again. 10-15 minutes might be fine provided the script you're running isn't too heavy, but if it uses a lot of memory it could be too often. Really depends on the script. Unsuspended. The account can take a few minutes to work again.

  27. High server load most likely. If the server is too busy, Passenger tries to start your app but the server can't finish in time, so it times out and that error appears.
