Site very slow

my website is very very slow, I can’t work in this host because a very simple webpage, optimized like mine is, can’t take more than 1 second to load, and it takes around 20/ 30 seconds. Can you help me?

We recommend avoiding Wordpress for this exact reason. It's extremely inefficient, slow, and insecure compared to almost every other choice: https://wiki.helionet.org/WordPress It's also the #1 leading cause of hacked accounts and accidental bans.

Upgrading to Morty (or a VPS, perhaps with a control panel on it for ease of use) would improve performance, but even there you're probably not going to get sub-1 second load times without switching away from WP.
