Great, thanks. Going via https://heliohost.org/login/ works and also going directly via https://tommy.heliohost.org/ also works now. I didn't change anything , my credentials stored in Chrome. It works that's the main thing. Thanks

Cannot Access Plesk Panel on Johnny Server

That account was lost in the recent Johnny crash. I'm not sure how your site could be online since you currently don't have an account at all. The good news is Johnny was rebuilt and is now available again. You can recreate the lost account at https://heliohost.org/status/ by entering your username. Once the account sets up, you'll need to re-request your domains and restore a backup of your data. -

Have you tried logging in to https://heliohost.org/login, the server was rebuilt so you will need to recreate your account. It is highly advised to login using the link above instead of the plesk login page, logging in from the heliohost.org homepage ensures that your account doesn't get marked for inactivity and it will also tell you recent news such as the server being rebuilt. -
Hello, Our website is online and working properly, but we cannot access the Plesk panel on johnny.heliohost.org. We tried logging in with the correct account credentials, but the panel does not let us in. Could someone please check if there is an issue with our account or the Johnny server’s Plesk access? Add domain and subdomains back after Johnny rebuild

The domain limit on Johnny is 5, so these won't fit. Prior to the crash, we allowed people who already had more than five to keep them until they were removed or changed, but when the server crashed it effectively removed everyone's domains on Johnny. All accounts being recreated will need to follow the current limit. You were one of only a few Johnny users who had more than 5 domains. You'll need to either upgrade to Tommy (where the limit is 10), or trim this list down to five domains total so we put them on Johnny. If you would like to buy the Tommy upgrade, go ahead and purchase that through the dashboard, and once the move completes we can add the domains. If you would prefer to just add 5 domains instead, let us know which 5 you want and we'll go ahead and get them added for you. One of them will need to be your main domain as well. -
I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect. Since you've already set your nameservers, there's no further action you need to take. Hi! As Johnny got rebuilt, all of my older subdomains were removed from my account, therefore I'm asking if they could be added again? Following my backup, I had these: bounciitv.gab.pt.eu.org bouncing.gab.pt.eu.org gab.pt.eu.org id.gab.pt.eu.org metabouncii.gab.pt.eu.org mtb.gab.pt.eu.org mtb-app.gab.pt.eu.org mtb-mnt-app.gab.pt.eu.org polls.gab.pt.eu.org However - I noticed that you have a new subdomain limit per account or something like that (maybe I could be hallucinating lol), but if I'm not, I had these subdomains before this new limit got into place, so I don't know about that, you could check my backup and see that all of these subdomains are there, so I don't know if I have to comply with the new limits.

If you don't already have an account you can signup at https://heliohost.org/signup/ We expect signups to fill pretty quickly, so be ready to click as fast as you can. On May 9th we emailed all of the active Johnny users, and offered them a free trial on Morty to get their websites back online during the rebuild. If you are one of those free users currently on Morty we will be emailing you to ask if you want to stay on Morty or go back to Johnny. If you want to stay on Morty you can use this link https://buy.stripe.com/7sI8wOe4p40y9q0147 to pay $5 which will last about 6 months without overages. If you make a payment let us know so we can make sure it gets applied to your account. If we don't hear back from your we will move you to Johnny automatically in a few days. If you decided not to accept a free trial, you can recreate your Johnny account by going to https://heliohost.org/status/ and entering your email or username. The website will recreate your account for you on the new Johnny server. The new account will be empty so if you want to restore your previous website you'll need to download your backup from https://heliohost.org/backup/ or use a backup that you made yourself. @wolstech I just checked the NS records, not the DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records. I didn't realize they were already set up. I just knew I couldn't edit their Cloudflare settings for them. @urbanshed If you're DNS records are already set up try sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.

Please add lpl.helioho.st . It is very small in size. I got an export. But I believe many basic files are missing. So, please zip it for me. The three sites are flat sites. No database used.. just zipping them is ok. Thank you for your efforts. Concerning Morti, Is Paypal still the only supported payment gateway here? Because it isn't supported in Egypt. -
I actually checked this user's DNS earlier, the records were there when i queried them, so it looks like be did set this up, and at minimum the SPF and DMARC were correct. DKIM was also set up, though I didn't verify that the key was correct. I'm not sure why these would be going to spam considering these settings are configured... might be a provider issue on the other end. If that's the case, the only thing you can do is simply mark the emails as "not spam". The provider should eventually figure out that they're not junk.

This domain is using Cloudflare, so the user has to set up DKIM, SPF, and DMARC themselves. We can only set up email for people who use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org
