Also, if you were seeing outgoing mail not deliver from your account, it's probably because SPF and DKIM weren't set up for the account (we don't configure these unless people ask for it). I've gone ahead and set those up for you and also restored your mail service. We recommend avoiding using the forwarding function in Plesk, as every forwarded email counts as a sent message, and simply receiving a bunch of mail can cause you to lose your email service... Finally, now that email is enabled again and SPF and DKIM are set up on your account, we recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.
  3. I'm pretty sure it's because I turned on mail forwardind. I turned it off after noticing the outgoing Heliohost restrictions weren't compatible with getting all my mail this way.
  4. Your account's email service was removed because you exceeded the 50 per day email limit. Forms being hit by bots, excessive automated notifications, or using the mail forwarding feature are the most common reasons users exceed this limit. Note also that each recipient on an email is considered one email, so a single message sent to two people counts as two emails. Do you know why you would've sent more than 50 emails in a day?

  12. Hi, my username is cancian, and I can't send emails using my IMAP account or via PHP on my websites. I've tried using tommy.heliohost.org as the IMAP server, but it still just receives emails, it doesn't send any. The "forgot my password" also doesn't work on my websites, no mail is sent. The affected domains are "Ateus.net" and "Dietclock.app". Any help is appreciated.

  14. Good day! I just bought a VPS plan. But, after purchase, I saw in the dashboard that the email I used was from the email in my PayPal account which is an old email alias which I just removed. After I removed that email alias on PayPal, in the Heliohost dashboard, it doesn't reflect the new email. Username: bochard07
  15. I tried forwarding all my cancian@ateus.net to ateusnet@gmail.com, just to join both accounts, it didn't work due to the 10 mails/hour limit. Ok, but now I can't seem to disable that, and every time I send an email to cancian@ateus.net I get another copy at ateusnet@gmail.com. External emails don't get forwarded. Could you check if there is some sort of loop going on? I've deleted and rebuilt all the mail accounts, and this doesn't disable the forwarding. And the logs say I'm somehow sending too much mail.

  26. Getting suspended can cause weird issues like this on occasion. That log is basically "username or password is incorrect". Try changing the mailbox password in Plesk.
