To whom it may concern; So, I recently worked on updating my new website hosted with you guys and felt happy with the results... Today, I checked and ... Suspended! First hint: going over my allowance storage space I think. Yeah, sounds like me: I was trying several high resolutions background images for the site and left them there... Used some pretty gnarly php code too that could have pushed against my limits... I'm sure it's on me for not doing due diligence but checking in with my tail between my legs to see what the reason is this time. (Feels similar as being called into the hardware/cloud division at work for "loitering" or leaving unused scripts all around...) I know, I know... I didn't mean to... As you can tell, this is not my first time in the hot seat here and at other work... One thing I can attest to is that your support staff is top notch and I'll find out soon what got me in trouble... Please do let me know... And yes, this was a bit of added flattery to nevertheless recognized publicly the incredible service you offer and how I've absolutely enjoyed the experience with helionet over the years - you guys probably don't get near the true praise that you are owed for providing this service! Changing the hosting account username does indeed require resetting your account. Your account has been reset. Please look for an email shortly with a link to create a new account. If you need the contents of your old one, a backup will be available from https://heliohost.org/backup/ once the reset is complete. The forum username has also been updated.

There is also an associated Lily account for this user that's banned for copyright infringement, causing high server load (he had a video converter running on Lily), and porn (there was a file with links to adult content found in the account). This user cannot be unsuspended.

Domain added. The IP address needed for the A record can be seen in Plesk (they show at the bottom after you select the domain) once the domain finishes adding. The domain can take up to 2 hours to function.

Backups for user LordSterben have been discarded and scheduled backups have been turned off to prevent the account from filling up again. If you want to use scheduled backups, please set up remote storage for them so the account doesn't fill up. One backup from today has been left in place for you, and a backup of your account is also available via https://heliohost.org/backup/ if anything is missing.

Your account was indeed suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You're using 1316.71 MB when the limit is 1000 MB. Krydos can delete the backups for you. 🙂 In case you weren't aware, you can set an automatic limit on your site backups, so they don't pile up and bring you over the limit unexpectedly. You can read more about limiting the number of backups here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups#Limiting_the_Number_of_Backups_Stored_in_Plesk Another option I want to make sure you're aware of is that if users hit/exceed the the account storage limit, you could regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/storage/ This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. I'll escalate this to the root admins for the backup deletion.
