You already asked for this here and also asked while trying to ping the Discord Support channel over half a dozen times during the overnight period for North America, where most of the unpaid volunteers are based. The domain was added for you on Discord. All HelioHost staff are unpaid volunteers who donate their time to assist others. Please do not create duplicate requests everywhere for the same issue. Asking the same question in multiple posts can lead to wasted effort and slower support. All helpers have full-time jobs and lives outside this project, and we run the organization in our free time. If we are busy, things may not get done very quickly. Help is usually provided within 24 hours, but there is no guaranteed timeframe. Due to time zone differences (most staff are based in North America) and real-life commitments like work, school, and family, response times can vary. Unlike for-profit hosting companies with full-time employees working 40 hours a week, it is rare for any of our volunteers to work more than an hour or so per day. No one is required to log hours and volunteers come and go as they please. If we are not having fun volunteering, providing support, chatting with the community, or developing new features, we take a break and focus on other things. This is why we do not offer SLAs or ETAs for new features or repairs, and why things move a little slower than with a commercial host.   10. It looks to be working for me. When I connect, it shows secure with a valid certificate. Sometimes it takes longer than normal for it to issue, especially if DNS wasn't set up before adding the domain. Are you still seeing issues on your side?

  13. Hello HelioHost Team, I am reaching out because I encountered an issue with two accounts. My younger brother had been using his free HelioHost account frequently on my computer. Later, when he told me about your service, I decided to try the free account myself before upgrading to a VPS plan. Unfortunately, after I created my account, both of our accounts were blocked. It took me some time to realize that this probably happened because we were both logging in from the same computer and connection. I want to clarify that we are two different people, and I never intended to violate your rules. My only goal was to test the service before moving to a paid plan.   22. Hello, my name is felixasimplex and the cgi on my server is not working. When I try to load test.py in my cgi-bin folder I get an internal server error. The logs say "End of script output before headers: test.py". My test.py is exactly the same as in the tutorial. I also tried creating .htaccess as said in the tutorial. I think the problem is that before everything on the server was set up I accidentally deleted the cgi-bin and as soon as I noticed I recreated it. Would it be possible to reset the setup of python on my server? If not, I would like to restore and setup the whole server again (I have everything backed up). Thank you.

  27. I'm so sorry. It's my mistake I haven't mentioned clearly what I wanted to do and my limited knowledge about managing domains. Thank you for your help, I will adapt the .htaccess method.
