  3. I'm not sure that we support adding domains for email only. For DKIM, an administrator will need to configure that, so I'll escalate your thread so they can comment.

  5. Hi HelioHost team, I’m currently using the free tier and would like to use HelioHost as my email host for my custom domain. Could you please add the following domain to my account? - HelioHost username: joyusecommerce - Domain name: yieldandco.com - Purpose: Email hosting only (no website hosting) This is for a startup project. We’ll be using Bitrix24 to get our website up and running quickly, and it will also serve as our CRM platform. I’ll be managing DNS through Porkbun and will point the necessary MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to HelioHost once the domain is added. Please let me know the correct MX record and any other DNS values I should use to ensure proper email delivery and authentication. Thanks so much for your help! Best, Joyce
  6. The suspensions for these 2 accounts have been cancelled and the accounts have been excluded. If anyone else at your workplace wants to create an account, please let us know beforehand so everyone doesn't end up suspended again. Also, please be sure the accounts are not and will not be utilized for cross-hosting (spreading a large project across more than one account). Doing so will result in a suspension for evading the resource limits.
  7. ok, now I undrestand the reason, thank you very much.
  8. What is the username of your coworker?
  9. Dear HelioHost Support, Thank you for your recent email regarding a potential Terms of Service violation for my account, [Pokemonwawi]. I believe this was triggered because I share a work internet connection with a coworker who also has a HelioHost account. I confirm that I only maintain one account, as per your Terms of Service (https://heliohost.org/terms/). Please let me know if you need additional details to resolve this. I’d like to ensure my account, [Pokemonwawi], remains active without any downtime. Thank you for your assistance! Best regards, eric
  10. hey there! i notice someone took initiative to help me with the .site nameserver issue. what was up with that? i don't think i received or read any correspondence but it just started working one day. sorry i've not been attentive. too many things going in "IRL", to pay attention to this, and also the brain trauma prevents me from truly focusing. blah, blah. anyway. someone once did a setup for me. or i did it, but it would be MUCH easier if you can because i know it's probably simple for you. and you prob have the notes right there. i prob have the notes right here as well. but damnit. haha! i think it's in the php ... what's that www.conf file or ... for the reverse proxie? maybe we figured it was never being sent there. i forget exactly the processes to serve the .phtml and ... something about how it uses php filesystem functions. i probably have an example online still from previous request. thank you! i mess around w/ the Winter CMS. *!@# the WP people. di dyou know they made me "take down" wordpresscenter.net. that's so @#$d up. anyway. you have any recommend for a simple CMS? you try winter (October, free)? I installed VVVEB but that's far more than i want or need. i would likke to setup a streaming thing about guitar lessons. you know i know how to play e.g. bandcamp. what/s that soundcloud.com/ajaxStardust some shit i cna't rem. what was i saying? have a forum on there? you try some shit like that? like... or would you process that on someone else's server? e.g. like a Zoom type thing? if i wanted to have some kind of video gateway and teach guitar? i've never messed w/ stuff like that, and the tech changes every day. what do you say, wanna help me mess w/ some stuff? statecollegeguitarlessons.site and i been trying to "master" the CMS of Winter on vps111.heliohost.us it's nothing there, but i understand the CMS fairly well. you'll see that's "My own" theme, and the "component" to-do list thing, is like now "my own" plugin on there, prev a thing of the demo. i dunno... just playing.
  11. You’re suspended for having more than one account. Users are only allowed to have one account. The other account you matched with already requested unsuspension and is currently active. Do you know why our system might think you have a second account?
  12. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to sincerely request a review of the suspension placed on my account. I deeply apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused it was never my intention to violate any rules or policies. I have been very busy with school recently, and I may not have been as active or attentive as I should have been. I genuinely do not know what I did wrong that led to my account being suspended, but I assure you that if I made any mistakes, they were unintentional. This account is very important to me, and I would be grateful for the opportunity to continue using your platform. Please kindly consider reinstating my account. I promise to be more careful, responsible, and respectful of all community guidelines going forward. Thank you very much for your understanding and support.
  13. In that create DKIM selector box, type "default" and click Create. After that, there should be a (?) next to the DKIM options that shows the DNS records.
  14. I’m not familiar with Brevo, so I can’t comment on that, but I’ve been using SMTPmart for my email campaigns and I’ve been really impressed with their service. It’s been reliable for sending marketing and bulk emails, and the setup was pretty straightforward. Hope that helps!
  15. You can also set your SSL setting in cloudflare to full instead of flexible.
  16. Since you changed the setting, it usually takes up to 2 hours to take effect. i also see that you are using cloudflare and that setting will break your website because cloudflare is already redirecting to https for you, so enabling that option in plesk adds an additional redirect to the same exact url that cloudflare is redirecting to which will cause a redirect loop and make your website inaccessible.
  17. Sorry the domain is lpz.tecnoprueba.site
  18. Hello, I don't know what's going on, everything was working fine on this domain lpz.tecnoprobation.site, everything is fine, but I tried this option "Redirect visitors from HTTP to HTTPS using an SEO-optimized 301 redirect", I ticked it and I can't access the site, so I disabled the option thinking that it would be fixed, but that didn't fix anything and the website still doesn't deliver, please help me
  19. This support request is being escalated to our root admins.
  20. Lmao markdown is not working 🐸
  21. If your goal is to get an additional TLS certificate (separate from the one automatically issued by SSL It! in Plesk), you won’t be able to use the normal webroot ACME challenge, because as you noticed nginx blocks direct access to `/.well-known/acme-challenge/`. A few alternatives you can try: - Use the **DNS-01 challenge** instead of HTTP-01. Let’s Encrypt supports this, and it doesn’t depend on webroot access. - If you only need the cert for client-side authentication, you could generate it via certbot or acme.sh on your local machine and then import it into Plesk. - Or simply rely on the default Let’s Encrypt certificate managed by SSL It! for the domain, since it’s already trusted by browsers/clients. If you don’t have a VPS, the easiest and most reliable approach is probably **DNS-01 validation** through your domain’s DNS provider. That way you can still issue a valid cert without touching nginx config. Hope this clears things up a bit!
  22. If you’re also open to alternatives, I’d recommend looking at Zoho Mail. It’s not really built for bulk marketing like SMTPmart or Brevo, but it’s a very solid option for reliable business email. ✅ Pros: - Has a free plan (up to 5 users, 5GB each). - Very stable and trusted as a business email provider. - Supports custom domains with SMTP/IMAP/POP3. ⚠️ Cons: - Sending limits are much lower (around 200 emails/day on the free plan). - Not designed for large marketing campaigns. So in short, if your goal is marketing and automation, Brevo might still be the better fit. But if you just need professional email for your domain, Zoho Mail is a great choice.
  23. I think you should check realtime in time.is then you can click before some second
  24. If you want a cool polygonal background with connected dots like **ipscore.io**, you can use **particles.js** or **tsParticles** 🚀 Here’s a quick example with **particles.js**: <!-- Step 1: load the library --> <script src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/particles.js"></script> <!-- Step 2: create the container --> <div id="particles-js"></div> <!-- Step 3: CSS to make it full screen --> <style> #particles-js { position: fixed; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%; z-index: -1; /* stay behind content */ background: #0a0a0a; } </style> <!-- Step 4: configuration --> <script> particlesJS("particles-js", { particles: { number: { value: 80 }, size: { value: 3 }, move: { speed: 1 }, line_linked: { enable: true, distance: 150, color: "#00ffcc", opacity: 0.4, width: 1 }, color: { value: "#00ffcc" } } }); </script> 👉 The result: your website will have a dynamic dots-and-lines background just like ipscore.io 😎 If you want even more effects, check out **tsParticles**: https://particles.js.org/
  25. Remote access was already enabled for that database, and the remote access was transferred to Morty when your account was moved. The problem is you're using the host "morty.heliohost.org" and you should be using the host "65.19.154.94". Thanks for translating it to English for me. host=65.19.154.94 port=5432 user=camilogeo_admin dbname=camilogeo_gis password=<set in Plesk>
  26. Request to allow database access from any IP address Hello, I am trying to connect to the PostGIS database on the server morty.heliohost.org, but my connection is being blocked by the pg_hba.conf settings. To facilitate access for testing purposes, could you please change the rule in the pg_hba.conf file to allow connections to my database from any IP address? Details: Server: morty.heliohost.org Database: camilogeo_gis User: camilogeo_admin The required permission lines in pg_hba.conf should be changed to: # For IPv4 host camilogeo_gis camilogeo_admin 0.0.0.0/0 md5 # For IPv6 host camilogeo_gis camilogeo_admin ::/0 md5 I am aware of the security risks associated with this configuration. Thank you for your help.
