Hosting accounts on Morty cannot be transferred over to a VPS, the two are entirely different servers from each other. a VPS only comes with an OS and ssh access, if you don't know much about using the command line, we can install a control panel such as hestia if you'd like. You can always copy the files and databases from your Morty account to your VPS.

Hi, I am trying to use plugins like GoSMTP and WP Mail SMTP, with both the test sending message says that it went well, however they do not reach the destination. Your VPS will get a domain like 'vps##.heliohost.us', but you can also ask for another free 'something.heliohost.us' domain pointed at your VPS if you want, too.

At some point this disk usage issue was fixed. I have added the requested aliases without a redirect. In order to host them with us you'll need to fix your DNS settings though.

Hi there. I have gotten a term of service violation notice for my account. I believe it was triggered by my partner who just setup an account to host her site and I didn’t realise it wasn’t allowed from the same location. My domain is ThePotterVault.com and .co.uk. Her site is qutegifts.co.uk. However she did just setup another account for her art site which probably has compounded the issue. She didn’t realise the terms and also she didn’t realise she can probably add more than one domain to her single account. She will delete her second account associated with the email address ninagart@icloud.com Sorry for the confusion. I hope she is able to continue with her first account. Thanks Matt

If you decide to use our NS records, ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, we can set this up for you. If you want to use external DNS, such as Cloudflare or your registrar's DNS system, you'll have to set these records up yourself.
