Yeah we can do that. The main domain is just the domain that points to httpdocs. Added domains get an additional folder named after the domain name. That's really the only difference. The domain wikix.helioho.st has been added as an additional domain. You'll see a new folder for it that you should place its content in. It can take up to 2 hours to take effect.

Sorry, i don't understand, is it not possible to have : 1st domain : citadel subdomain : control.citadel and then separate, 2nd domain : wikix ? no need for wikix to be the main domain in that case (not sure what main domain actually means ?)
