Domains cannot be directly changed, but rather have to be deleted and re-added. Doing this will delete the content associated with the domain being removed. Is this OK?

You need a VPS if you want to run a game server. https://heliohost.org/vps/ We do not specifically provide game hosting, but a VPS is just an empty linux box that you can install a game server on.

This is a Krydos question. I'm not sure if our system can do this or not (and if so, I'd imagine Krydos would need to edit the Apache config to do it as Google shows the relevant commands are not supported in .htaccess). Usually Flask is implemented via WSGI on our service (https://wiki.helionet.org/Flask), not as a self-hosting application with a proxy in front of it. Escalating.

I apologize for jumping on an old thread, but this thread helped me. I recently copy and pasted the sample from the Wiki, but still got a 500 Internal Server Error. My "Line break type" was set to "convert to Windows style." (You have to use the Text Editor, rather than Code Editor, to see this setting. When I changed it to "convert to Unix style," it started working. TL;DR - Changing to "convert to Unix style" helped when my python script wasn't working.

Hello to all, starting from this afternoon I'm facing a strange behavior on my web app hosted here. Basically the base html is loaded but then none of the other pages that should load content inside the base html are loading. Logs doesn't show nothing except an Access to the good page, put page still without without loading nothing. I tried reload the app many times, edit some pages and eve the .wsgi but without success. Can be related to the AWS issue? Thanks

Your pending suspension has been cancelled. Accounts associated with the Philippines tend to get flagged all the time due to the small number of available IPs and the prevalence of students (at least one larger university there uses our services for coursework). School networks, public wifi, and even VPNs are a common cause of this, and these days I'd almost go as far as to say 80%+ of these detections are false due to shared networks.

I received an email stating that my account might have possibly violated the terms of service. It specifically noted term #1 which is about having multiple accounts. I want to clarify that I do not have any other email or acount registered in heliohost, only one account 'jrcc1023@gmail.com', is registered in the Tommy tier. I also want to note that I did log in frequently over school and public wifi and have no knowledge if any other person with an account has been accessing the same network. My current fiber plan also does not offer static IP's for home plans, which might have also triggered the filter. I would appreciate if I get to keep this account knowing that I did not violate any of the terms of Heliohost. Thank you!
