Hello, I have a website -> https://np-webdesign.heliohost.org/ <- and when I open it in a browser I get Inactive Account Your account has been suspended for inactivity. To keep your account active you need only log in to heliohost.org at least once every 30 days. Failure to log in often enough results in your account being flagged as inactive. If you would like to continue using this account you can renew it. If you have already recently renewed your account and are still being redirected to this page don't forget to clear your browser cache. When I click on 'Renew account' the logo starts spinning but nothing happens and keeps spinning. What can I do to get my account renewed or can you fix my problem. Thanks in advance.

We had another person report a similar problem. They actually answered our questions though. They said they were using Google Chrome, and when they disabled their plugins the signup process started working for them. They said the plugins they disabled were Scribe and Meta Pixel helper. I have tested signups with both of those plugins installed, and still can't reproduce the issue. Not sure what is going on, but if you're still having issues let us know and we can investigate further.

The domain techhouseservices.com is not hosted here. You need to change DNS at your domain registrar if you want to host that domain with us. You need the NS records to point to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org if you want us to manage DNS and email for you. They're currently pointed to Hostinger's DNS: https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=techhouseservices.com&rec=NS

We recommend avoiding Wordpress for this exact reason. It's extremely inefficient, slow, and insecure compared to almost every other choice: https://wiki.helionet.org/WordPress It's also the #1 leading cause of hacked accounts and accidental bans. Upgrading to Morty (or a VPS, perhaps with a control panel on it for ease of use) would improve performance, but even there you're probably not going to get sub-1 second load times without switching away from WP.

What domain are you having this issue with? we can't get far with helping you with this issue without knowing what domain you are referring to.

I have a johnny.heliohost.org I have had my own domain added to it. I have created the email account I want to use. I have installed an email client on my Windows computer (Betterbird). Im not sure where to go from here. I thought maybe I needed to setup a SSL so i tried to do that but got the error in the image attatched. its been over 24 hours since the domain has been added. - Thank You for any support and assistance

503 errors are normal for up to 2 hours after being unsuspended. It's been about 2 hours now since you were unsuspended for the second time so they should have resolved themselves now. If you're still seeing 503 errors let us know. If you get suspended for a third time don't ask for an unsuspension unless you are ready to fix the issue immediately.

Your first suspension was at 2025-12-20 13:17:12 for exceeding the 200 GB per day memory limit. You asked for an unsuspension, and were told to fix the issue immediately. Your first suspension ended at 2025-12-20 21:01:11 and then about 3 hours later you had not fixed the issue, or had made the issue worse somehow, and your second suspension started at 2025-12-20 23:59:48 because 76 simultaneous copies of your Telegram bot were running.

The cron job for every minute has been deleted, the file Voldox_bot.py has been renamed to Voldox_bot.disable so it cannot execute, and you've been unsuspended. Please delete all related files and do not run that bot here again. It is WAY too heavy (and apparently does not exit properly). Also, I would suggest not running scheduled tasks more often than every ~30 minutes. This is your second suspension for this. A third suspension for excessive load may be permanent. Unsuspended. The account may take a little while to start working.
