Last Friday, you kindly allowed remote access to my PostgreSQL database: https://helionet.org/index/topic/67874-solved-remote-acces-to-postgress-db/ However, today when I attempted to access my database, I received a message indicating that I cant connect. Could you please help me understand what is happening? I am using an IDE to access the database, so there are no changes or errors in my credentials on my end. Thank you for your assistance!

  21. Ok, I added the database to your backup at https://heliohost.org/backup Please be aware that the database is in .frm and .ibd files which are binary, not .sql file which would be text. You will need to do some database recovery to get the data out of there. I've googled it and it seems like there are a lot of different methods to do this. If you succeed at extracting the data from the binary files we would appreciate it if you shared the method you used so we can instruct other people to do the same.
  22. Hi, I recall the database was created by September last year and wiped last March when then was filled with the new content (March 15 is the last day I remember a new entry was added to the table as it was reviewed that day).

  26. That's the server performing an Apache restart. It happens approximately every 2 hours and lasts for a few minutes typically (the exact length of time depends on server load). The error is normal while the restart is in progress though.

If there is something specific you need that you don't have a backup of, let us know exact details of what you're looking for and we can take a second look to see if it can be recovered. If you need domains added, please let us know your new username and the domains you need once you finish creating the Morty account so we can get them set back up for you.
