Adding a subdomain; Is it possible to add a subdomain titled "webmail..." as in https://webmail.theclippercampaign.com? The idea is to allow new email users to access that subdomain when in need to read their email in a web interface? thanks.

Yes, the Johnny server allows up to 5 domains. If you need more than that, you could upgrade your account to the Tommy server, which allows up to 10 domains. If you need even more domains, your next upgrade option would be the Morty server, where you can have up to 15 domains on a single Morty account. On Morty, you can have more than 1 account too, so if you make 2 Morty accounts, you can host 30 domains, etc. You could also upgrade to a VPS which also allows for multiple domains to be hosted, once you set up the DNS. There was an issue when I tried to add the domain, but it's being worked on. Once added, an admin will post here to confirm it's been added for you.

My account was suspended while attempting to program a Python script to listen for webhook requests. My load was 0.59 GB of memory and 10 CPU units before being suspended. At some point I somehow had a Python script that was running without my ability to stop it (attempting to use the .sh control panel provided in the Discord Bot tutorial at https://wiki.helionet.org/Discord_Bot, which is what I was mainly using to run and stop the script, did not work), and my memory was increasing, but only by small amounts per minute, before stopping automatically (after I believe an Apache reset, since my site was constantly showing 502 errors). I did attempt to run a few shell scripts to kill all Python scripts, since I didn't know how to kill the script myself or through Plesk, but in all honesty, these scripts were AI generated out of panic and may of accidentally been seen as an attempted attack on the server. If this was the reason for suspension, for future reference, I would like to know how to stop processes in future situations. I'm pretty new to Python and programming in general and probably made several mistakes, and a lot of my reference points are AI and basic documentation reading. Setting up a new server is a great opportunity to clean out all the junk and get rid of all the modules that no one is even using. This is intentional that new servers don't automatically have all the modules from the previous server. There are millions of Perl and Python modules and it doesn't make sense to just automatically install all of them even if no one will ever use it. Please provide a list of modules that you actually need and will be using, not a list of all the modules that Tommy used to have that you don't even need.

Plesk generates the private key for the DKIM and stores it securely along with the private keys for SSL. When you send an email from Plesk with DKIM enabled it Plesk uses the private key to generate a DKIM signature that remote mail servers can use the public key provided via DNS to verify that the email is legitimate.

Since you're not using our name servers, this is not something we can do for you. You'll need to do this yourself. The DKIM records can be gotten from Plesk as they are unique to each account. For SPF, the record should have no name (or the same name as your domain, it should be in the root), and you use this value: "v=spf1 include:johnny.heliohost.org ~all" For DMARC, name the record _DMARC and use this value: "v=DMARC1; p=quarantine"
