I believe that you can keep your 5000 MB storage upgrade as well, whether you choose to upgrade to Morty or recreate an account on Tommy.

Hi, Seems I didn't log in for a while... I like to create a new account, but on Morty this time. I was on Tommy. And I want to use a different username and email address this time. Before I do so, I would like to know if it is possible to get the 5000 MB storage space I had on Tommy. Or should I stick to Tommy for that? Kind Regards, Arjan Snijders

You do realize that python has no user interface in plesk, right? It just works. See https://wiki.helionet.org/Python and https://wiki.helionet.org/Python_Tutorial There's nothing to activate unless you need a virtual environment for stuff like custom module versions (which is what Krydos is talking about).

I have some ideas, a website that works with an external llm api, maybe a chat bot, I want to try a few things and let it running for a while, some quiet🙂

What are you planning on using the virtual environment for? Not sure how it got marked as solved. Maybe the solved button got clicked instead of the escalate.

It's suspended for multiple accounts. It sounds like you're a university student since you mention doing your thesis. We've had many students from the Philippines use our service and have this happen because of the shared school network. Our service is very popular there. Do you happen to have a school/university email address we can attach to the account? If so, we can mark your account as education use and unsuspend you.
