One thing that confuses people frequently, is if you delete files it can take up to 24 hours for the storage total to reflect the change. So if you're using 700 MB, and then you delete 419 MB Plesk can continue to report that you're still using 700 MB for up to 24 hours even though the files have already been deleted.

I unsuspended it for you, but there wasn’t anything to delete. Logs were under 100KB and trash was empty. I can’t do a more in depth search because I’m on my phone at the moment. I won’t be at my PC for another 8 or 9 hours. It might suspend again because I couldn’t reduce the space usage.
