Oh, I see. The static website is indeed for a small commercial business. I can host that elsewhere. If you unsuspend my account I can take it down immediately and use your hosting only for my software projects and other non-commercial purposes.

You're suspended because we have reason to believe you were using Johnny to run a website that belongs to a commercial business. The Johnny and Tommy plans cannot be used to run commercial websites. Normally, we would offer a free trial of Morty for this, but you've already had a trial previously and chose not to purchase, so you were suspended instead. If you wish to keep your website hosted here, you'll need to either purchase a Morty subscription or prove that your website does not belong to a commercial business. How would you like to proceed?

If you need these, you can purchase a VPS and install tomcat. https://heliohost.org/vps/ We haven't offered support for Java on the shared hosting since 2021. We hope to eventually offer it again, but there's currently no estimate as to when this will happen.

Hi, my account has been suspended. I'm not certain which part of the terms of service I have breached. I have one public facing static website and and a non-public website I use for receiving user submitted error reports for free software I develop. If the issue is with the error reporting service, I can remove it and host it elsewhere, but I'd like to continue hosting the static website if possible. Thank you.

Hello HelioHost Team, I would like to request the unsuspension of my HelioHost account. I accidentally created a second account using the email address kalairohith07@gmail.com. I was not aware that HelioHost allows only one account per person across Tommy and Johnny. I sincerely apologize for my mistake. I would like to keep this account (kalairohith07@gmail.com). Your account was moved to Morty because we determined during a routine compliance audit that your account is being used to host a commercial website, which is not permitted on Tommy or Johnny due to our discounted Plesk licensing on those servers. From our terms of service: You should have received an email similar to the below, however because you were one of the first accounts moved, it's possible it moved before the email notification was in place. You'll need to prove the websites on your account do not belong to commercial businesses, start paying for Morty, or remove the commercial websites before the trial expires.

Good afternoon; Since early this morning, been having some issues with accessing my site at https://news.burken.com A couple of things I noticed and wondered if it had an impact: I've always logged in and accessed my account via tommy.heliohost. today I noticed I'm on morty2.heliohost. Did my subscription to tommy lapsed? I am able to access all my other sites except for the one mentioned above. I have looked at the log files but can't figure out what could be the issue. When testing the SSL, the DNS points to tommy and comes back unreachable or unverified. Any help on this would be appreciated. chrisohps Thank you.

I've added the roferosstore domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache I've also removed the bullsfitnessgym domain from your account. Please note there is a risk of data loss when domains are removed, since the folder for the domain inside Plesk will be deleted.
