error: The MySQL Connection could not be established.
phoule replied to phoule's topic in Customer Service
I did find a reference in the following file: phoule.helioho.st / private / .softaculous / installations.php I am not sure how this file is used yet however so this may be useless info, if so sorry. It does refer to localhost:3306 as well however -

I don't know what Softaculous is using but on my database page it reads: Host localhost:3306 I'm also noticing the site move to Tommy2 may have grabbed older data files. I had already removed WordPress and a couple other apps that are now installed a few hours prior to the migration. -

What are you using for the database connection information? - Today

Good morning, I've recently migrated to Tommy2. Since arriving here I've been getting the following error when trying to install from Softaculous. The MySQL Connection could not be established. Any assistance with resolving this problem would be a great help. I am able to create a database using the Add database function from the dashboard

Based on the current content of that domain, it belongs to a commercial/for-profit business. Per our Terms of Service and Plesk's nonprofit licensing terms, you cannot use a Tommy account for hosting websites or services related to a commercial business. If it is being used commercially, you will need to move to Morty before we can add this domain. If it is not being used commercially, please explain how a construction company website is not commercial in nature (if it's a demo or the like, please put a big DEMO or similar notice on the site to make this obvious).

Moodle even without extensions is notorious for this. It's really meant to be installed on a VPS, and no matter how much you try to optimize it, you're going to get keep getting suspended unless you move to either Morty or VPS. It's simply too heavy for the free servers. My suggestion is you uninstall it entirely and find a different product. https://wiki.helionet.org/Common_Software_Load Moodle was quite literally the heaviest app we've tested. And it's so heavy that it will exceed the limits just sitting there doing nothing. This is your second time in a week too. Every time you cause high load, you slow the entire server down for thousands of other users. A third suspension on Johnny for high load may be permanent, and require you to move to Morty to be unsuspended. Please let us know when you're ready to actually fix the problem, and we'll unsuspend you.

Kindly add a domain gurujeebuilders.com

Hello HelioHost Team, I am writing to kindly request the unsuspension of my hosting account kindly. My account has been suspended twice due to high server load. I believe the cause is a Moodle extension module (version 5.0.8) that I recently installed with minimal modifications. This module appears to have generated unexpectedly high load on the server, which led to the suspension. Suspension history: - First suspension: I unfortunately do not remember the exact date of the first suspension (it happened a while ago, same reason). - Second suspension: Today, July 30, 2026 - same issue (high load caused by the Moodle 5.0.8 extension). I understand that high load is against the terms of service, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. To prevent this from happening again, I plan to: 1. Disable or remove the problematic Moodle 5.0.8 extension module. 2. Review and optimize my Moodle installation to ensure it runs efficiently. 3. Monitor server resource usage more carefully going forward. I would greatly appreciate it if you could restore access to my account. Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you very much for your time and understanding. Best regards.

[Solved] PostgreSQL access request at Morty2
Krydos replied to elkhaddir's topic in Escalated Requests
Remote access enabled. host=65.19.154.93 port=5432 user=elkhaddir_us dbname=elkhaddir_data password=<set in Plesk> Make sure you ask for the PostgreSQL username and PostgreSQL database name before you escalate these. In this particular case, the user only has 1 database user and 1 database so it was easy to figure out, but most of the time there are multiple users and multiple databases so we can't just guess. -
Topic can be closed. Got an answer and resolution in the chat feature. Thank you!

Domains added. Please be sure to configure DNS. The domains can take up to 2 hours to function. Is the mail.gurujeebuilders.com going to be used by a commercial business? Per our Terms of Service and Plesk's nonprofit licensing terms, you cannot use a Tommy account for hosting websites or services related to a commercial business. If it is being used commercially, you will need to move this domain to Morty.

DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain interworldmusic.qzz.io. We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.

My emails to Gmail are currently bouncing back with the following error: "5.7.26 Your email has been blocked because the sender is unauthenticated. Gmail requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM." Can u solve the problem please
