Asking for "urgent" or "prompt" anything is unlikely to get you an immediate response. All staff are unpaid volunteers who donate their time to assist others. We all have full time jobs and lives outside of this project. We run this organization in our free time, and if we don't have very much free time things don't get done very quickly Most for-profit hosting companies have a staff of full time employees who sit around providing support and working 40 hours a week. It's very rare for any of our volunteers to work more than an hour or so each day. None of our volunteers are required to log a certain number of hours and may come and go as they please. If we aren't having fun volunteering, providing support, chatting with the community, and developing new features then we take a break and do things that are more fun for us. This is why we don't have SLAs or ETAs for new features or repairs, and this is why things move a little slower than a for-profit company that you might be used to dealing with. There is no guaranteed timeframe for a response to support requests. Help is generally provided within 24 hours, and we encourage users to bump their requests if it's been more than 24 hours with no response, in case we missed it somehow. The only way to get a higher score is to buy a new domain. All .top domains will lose these points since they are so cheap and frequently used by spammers: This domain is only $3.48 for the first year, and should give a 10/10 score after the domain has been registered for a month or so. New domains that were registered within 2 weeks are more likely to be considered spam too. It seems like Spam Assassin is currently ok with .run domains, but if a lot of spammers start using them it could get a point deduction too. Domains like .com or .net are always safe for 10/10 score of course. https://heliohost.org/partners/namecheap/bladerunner.run Since this is an affiliate link you may need to whitelist or disable your adblocker to view it. Adblockers hate it when small non-profits make a few cents from affiliate links. -

We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be. -

I see that your account was recently reset. This is a known issue with accounts that get reset, Krydos would need to fix the issue for you. In the meantime you can use the Plesk file manager to upload and download files. -
When I log in with FileZilla to tommy.heliohost.org:1373, it opens "/" folder and all I see is a folder called "robev". When I try opening it, it says permission denied and failed to retrieve directory listing. What am I doing wrong?
