Hi any chance you can provide example for htaccess file ? If you can proxy your websocket through Apache or Nginx, it can work without opening a port: You could use an '.htaccess' file to proxy the websocket connection through Apache.

[Solved] 20251007 - Request for perl modules
Krydos replied to ashwanibright's topic in Escalated Requests
I'm not sure why you need all of these installed. Most people just use one type of database at a time. Nonetheless, they have been installed. -

Hello everyone, I'm new on this software and I'm happy that solution like this exists. I need your help, I'm sure I'm doing somethnig wrong. I had my Pyton app running on Render, I've now adjusted the files in my Git repo, I successfully sync the repo and get it into my httpdocs folder. I've adjusted the file to have a sample webpage but I still seeing nothing and receive the 503 error Service unavailable. Even in the logs I don't see more. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any suggest.

SSH is not permitted for security reasons. There are ways to run a telegram bot without SSH though. The method used for starting and stopping a Discord bot can be easily adapted for example: https://wiki.helionet.org/Discord_Bot#Starting_and_Stopping_Your_Bot

Marking solved since the requested components are already present.

You can start by answering simple questions that users ask, such as how to add a domain or why is my website showing 504 errors for example. Most of these answers are found on the wiki. Eventually if you continue to be helpful you can get promoted to helper and even a Moderator, that's how all of us started out.

[Solved] Domain addition + deletion request.
MoneyBroz replied to vivekrajan007's topic in Customer Service
Domain removed and new domain added, it can take up to 2 hours to start working. since removing a domain sometimes deletes the files associated with it, you can download a backup of your account before the removal at https://heliohost.org/backup - Last week

Thank you!

Remote access enabled. host=64.62.151.106 port=5432 user=blasco86_tstsite dbname=blasco86_tstsite_db password=<set in Plesk> It looks like you picked the Johnny plan, which doesn't have SSH. If you need SSH you will have to choose a VPS plan instead which can be found at https://heliohost.org/vps/

[Solved] Request to enable SSH access on Johnny
MoneyBroz replied to blasco86's topic in Customer Service
SSH isn't allowed for security reasons. if you need SSH access, then you will need to purchase a VPS. -
[Krydos] Paypal payment page error for VPS
Krydos replied to piyushukani's topic in Escalated Requests
I see the username piyushukani1 in the VPS signups, so I assume that is you. It looks like you were trying to signup for a Mercury for $4 per month. Like Wolstech said, we require subscriptions for 1 month at a time so you would have to do 6 months if your country doesn't allow you to set up subscriptions. You're welcome to try this link for $4 per month, but from what I understand Indians can't subscribe to anything so it probably won't work either https://buy.stripe.com/7sY14p77MdIP4Fb7SBco00b If you're willing to signup for 6 months you get 10% discount, and we do accept one-time payments for 6 months or more. It would be $21.60 for 6 months of a Mercury VPS. -
We haven’t even started developing that server yet, so this isn’t a consideration for the foreseeable future. We’re going to be more concerned about how well (if) basic Java is even going to work.
