Direct access to phpmyadmin via external link is not supported. You need to launch it from the Databases page within Plesk because Plesk sends additional data to it to tell it what user and databases to display.

I took a look around your VPS, but there are too many errors to fix them all within an reasonable amount of time. It's pointless to spend 6 hours fixing all the issues. I recommend doing a free rebuild. A rebuild wipes all of your data, deletes the OS, and reinstalls everything back to the default state. Make sure you have a backup of anything you need prior to requesting a rebuild because once it's deleted there is no way to recover it.

The pending suspension for that account has been cancelled. The other user hasn't contacted us yet, so easy enough for us to fix. Shared IPs do indeed cause this issue, and it's been occurring more and more frequently lately due to the use of VPNs along with smaller providers using networks with frequently rotating / shared exit IPs... - Yesterday

When you register or finish a reset, it can take several minutes (or longer in some cases) before you can log in again. The account has since finished creating though, so it should be working at this point. If you still still can't log in, try resetting the password: https://heliohost.org/reset/

If you read the link I already sent you https://wiki.helionet.org/Common_Software_Load you can see a lot of other options, and the estimated load they will cause at various traffic rates. If you're unable to click the link or view our wiki for some reason I can say that Drupal might be similar to Wordpress, but causes a lot less load, and has a lot less chance of being hacked.
