Hello everyone, I'm new on this software and I'm happy that solution like this exists. I need your help, I'm sure I'm doing somethnig wrong. I had my Pyton app running on Render, I've now adjusted the files in my Git repo, I successfully sync the repo and get it into my httpdocs folder. I've adjusted the file to have a sample webpage but I still seeing nothing and receive the 503 error Service unavailable. Even in the logs I don't see more. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any suggest.

SSH is not permitted for security reasons. There are ways to run a telegram bot without SSH though. The method used for starting and stopping a Discord bot can be easily adapted for example: https://wiki.helionet.org/Discord_Bot#Starting_and_Stopping_Your_Bot

Marking solved since the requested components are already present.

You can start by answering simple questions that users ask, such as how to add a domain or why is my website showing 504 errors for example. Most of these answers are found on the wiki. Eventually if you continue to be helpful you can get promoted to helper and even a Moderator, that's how all of us started out.

[Solved] Domain addition + deletion request.
MoneyBroz replied to vivekrajan007's topic in Customer Service
Domain removed and new domain added, it can take up to 2 hours to start working. since removing a domain sometimes deletes the files associated with it, you can download a backup of your account before the removal at https://heliohost.org/backup - Yesterday

Remote access enabled. host=64.62.151.106 port=5432 user=blasco86_tstsite dbname=blasco86_tstsite_db password=<set in Plesk> It looks like you picked the Johnny plan, which doesn't have SSH. If you need SSH you will have to choose a VPS plan instead which can be found at https://heliohost.org/vps/

[Solved] Request to enable SSH access on Johnny

SSH isn't allowed for security reasons. if you need SSH access, then you will need to purchase a VPS. -
[Krydos] Paypal payment page error for VPS
Krydos replied to piyushukani's topic in Escalated Requests
I see the username piyushukani1 in the VPS signups, so I assume that is you. It looks like you were trying to signup for a Mercury for $4 per month. Like Wolstech said, we require subscriptions for 1 month at a time so you would have to do 6 months if your country doesn't allow you to set up subscriptions. You're welcome to try this link for $4 per month, but from what I understand Indians can't subscribe to anything so it probably won't work either https://buy.stripe.com/7sY14p77MdIP4Fb7SBco00b If you're willing to signup for 6 months you get 10% discount, and we do accept one-time payments for 6 months or more. It would be $21.60 for 6 months of a Mercury VPS. -
We haven’t even started developing that server yet, so this isn’t a consideration for the foreseeable future. We’re going to be more concerned about how well (if) basic Java is even going to work.

Thank you! Trustpilot was deleting all of our 5 star reviews, and leaving up all of the 1 and 2 star reviews, so our rating was becoming abysmal. Apparently someone writing a 1 star review that says in the review that they've never even used our hosting, is a real review, but someone who has been using our hosting for years who writes a 5 star review is fake and needs to be deleted, even if the user provides receipts of having paid us for hosting their site. It's bullshit, and our overall rating just kept going lower and lower even though in reality we have hundreds of happy users. However, we've found that if we let Trustpilot see all of the emails we're sending and they can randomly choose who to send review invite links to, they don't delete the 5 star reviews anymore. The reason I'm telling you all of this is because I saw that you were selected to receive a review invite, but Trustpilot can't send it because you unsubscribed from their emails at some point before you even started using our hosting. We would ask you to write a 5 star review, but if you don't use the invite link that Trustpilot sends, it will just get deleted anyways so it's pointless, and you can't receive a link because you unsubscribed from Trustpilot emails. So if you want to help us out by giving a 5 star review you have 2 options: Resubscribe to Trustpilot emails with this email address https://help.trustpilot.com/s/article/How-to-unsubscribe-from-Trustpilot-emails-and-review-invitations?language=en_US#resubscribe Change your email address in our system to something that hasn't already unsubscribed. If that's too much work, or if you really don't want Trustpilot to email you, that's fine we understand. We hate Trustpilot too, but since there is no way to delete our profile from their system, and low ratings and fake reviews really does scare people away from using our hosting I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. It sucks and it's definitely a form of extortion, but we really don't have a choice in the matter, and if we play by their scammy rules it is a free way to get a ton of referral traffic to our site, which helps us find more users and helps us grow. Thanks in advance if you do decide to try to get a review invite link, and write a 5 star review for us!

[Solved] I want to add a domain name to my account
wolstech replied to samdav's topic in Customer Service
We have to add the subdomain for you. What domain do you want added? -
Domain added. It can take up to 2 hours to function.
-
Yeah you can only have one account, so you can only keep sentinelx. You can have up to 10 domains on a single account though. Do you want me to put both domains in the same account for you?
-
The settings shown are correct, however I recommend the proxy option be set to DNS only while you're getting things set up. The domain is working for me, if you're still seeing that error you should clear cache.
