  7. I'm currently on the Tommy plan. The log page in Plesk takes >5 mins to load when my Node.js is enabled. Would upgrading to the Morty have a log page that loads more instantaneous? If I disable my node.js app, the log page will go back to loading quickly but enabling back on my node.js app is another pain point.

  11. You will either need to delete all NS records except for HelioHost's (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org) or you could delete our NS records, and use external DNS instead.
  12. It was suspended for high load caused by systemd, which is likely due to excessive use of cron. The scheduled jobs have been turned off on your account and you've been unsuspended, please fix the issue quickly. It may take a few minutes before you can sign in again, and domains can take up to 2 hours to function.

  14. The easiest way cancel your VPS is to just go to https://heliohost.org/dashboard/cancel/ and click "Delete VPS". If you can't figure out how to cancel your VPS on your own, we can cancel the VPS for you, but since the email address on this forum account doesn't match the email address on the VPS we need to verify the email address prior to deleting any data. This is to prevent someone from pretending to be you to delete your data. The easiest way to verify your email address is for you to send an email to support@heliohost.org from the email address associated with your VPS.
  15. That domain is working properly for me. Please clear your cache. Note that this error is usually caused by running out of disk space, and you are very close to your limit (975 of 1000MB). I suspect you were over your limit earlier and have since dropped below due to something like log rotation freeing up space.
  16. error_log for domain twoofswords.net has been discarded. The best fix for this is to enable log rotation and set a max size that's reasonable (like 10MB) with a low maximum number of logs (like 3). That way the server will rotate them out and then eventually delete them for you. I've gone ahead and set up the rotation for you on that domain so this won't happen again.

  20. WSGI control access has been enabled on the domain ctrlroom.heliohost.us. To restart your Flask app and load new code changes in simply edit /home/ctrlroom.heliohost.us/httpdocs/workboard/flask.wsgi. Adding a blank line, removing a blank line, adding a space, or removing a space are examples of editing the file. As long as the last modified timestamp changes it will clear the server cache. Let us know if you run into any issues.

  24. Can you explain why all of the accounts have very similar usernames? (Also, on the off chance these are a result of you just needing multiple websites, you can have multiple sites on 1 account...a Johnny account can have up to 5 websites/domains on it).

  27. Working for me. if it still persists, try clearing your browsers cache. Usually 503 errors after changing settings or increasing disk space like in this scenario need an Apache restart to resolve.

  29. I created a full backup before I deleted anything, which you can download at https://heliohost.org/backup/ if you need any of the files. I deleted the 405 MB backup. I deleted the 56 MB composer directory. I deleted the 49 MB npm directory. I deleted the 196 MB file 'Globheart Cameroon.zip' You are now at 1932.93 MB which is just barely below your 2000 MB limit, so I still recommend trying the Stripe link I posted above. Are you able to login now?
