  2. I am updating a client's website (1932washhouse.com). After I pushed the recent commit to github, it automatically passed the file updates to heliohost using a webhook. I have a composer.json file sitting in the httpdocs/ but I don't know how to do composer install to update the dependencies and install the new one I added? I navigated to the PHP Composer option in the dashboard but it shows me this error notification: I tried clicking the change folder but it didn't show the option inside httpdocs/, I also tried manually typing the content of composer.json file from httpdocs/ into that composer.json but it won't do.
  3. Today
  4. I haven’t made any changes, but I did have an internet outage, so it’s possible my weather station uploaded bulk data. Is it possible to get the suspension lifted so I can see what it is doing n real time please?
  5. Domain changed, it'll take effect in about 20-30 minutes.
  6. Dear Chief, yes i do mean to see what entries are in the DNS Zone for my Domain please. Thank you for understanding me and i appreciate your effort, time and energy.
  7. WSGI control access has been enabled on the domain casamarcial.com.br. To restart your Flask app and load new code changes in simply edit /home/talesaz.heliohost.us/casamarcial.com.br/michi/flask.wsgi. Adding a blank line, removing a blank line, adding a space, or removing a space are examples of editing the file. As long as the last modified timestamp changes it will clear the server cache. Let us know if you run into any issues.
  8. Yesterday
  9. Domain added. it can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  10. Plesk calls the document root of the main domain httpdocs, but it does the same thing as the www folder on other services. We typically avoid renaming this because it can cause issues with the account. The name of the default docroot tends to vary depending on the control panel and server configurations. Other control panels call it things like www, htdocs, or public_html.
  11. Hello! I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  12. Last week
  13. High server load due to excessive CPU...leaving your FTP connection open will indeed cause that. Please be sure to disconnect when not using it to help keep the load down. Unsuspended. It may take a few minutes to work again.

  16. No problem. Let us know if you need help with anything else. We used to only allow 2 cron runs per day, and you're running about 1200 per day so I don't consider this an issue that your load is right around 8k per day. 1200 cron runs per day is pretty generous for a free service.
  17. Looks like you installed it from Softaculous. You can uninstall it from this page: https://tommy.heliohost.org/modules/softaculous/index.php?act=installations Click the red trashcan icon next to the installation and follow the prompts. After that, if it doesn't remove them automatically, you can delete the files and drop the database.

  22. I can log in. When I try to load, execute a PHP. Which ran before. I get.... Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later Do I simply need to wait? Jochen
  23. Domain's all set up. Thanks for the support!
  24. Account unsuspended, it'll resume working within the next two hours. You were suspended for using 10005.80 CPU. I'm unsure exactly of what the cause was, but an administrator might provide some extra insight.
  25. Your account was suspended for High Server Load: 10140.80 CPU. I've reset your account as requested. You should receive an email shortly so you can take the next steps to recreate it. I made a backup before the reset, so if you discover you need any of your old files, you can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups
  26. Closing due to inactivity since there has been no response in this thread for over a week. If you're still having this issue or need help with something else please open a new ticket.
  27. Yes, thank you. I got it, will reach out to them regarding a static IP.
  28. You would create the record on your domain registrar's dashboard, using the IP addresses found in Plesk. Please see this page for more info on setting up your DNS: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#DNS_Records
