  1. Past hour
  2. I've unsuspended your account. An administrator can look into the specifics of why you were suspended, but I've never seen the system be mistaken. Common causes for suspension are using VPNs, shared networks, or using the same computer as another account holder.
  3. Today
  4. Top-up done and confirmed on Discord: "Your Morty balance has been increased from $0.3412 to $6.3412. Thanks for being a Morty customer."
  5. This support request is being escalated to our root admins who can sort this out for you. 🙂
  6. You already asked for this here and also asked while trying to ping the Discord Support channel over half a dozen times during the overnight period for North America, where most of the unpaid volunteers are based. The domain was added for you on Discord. All HelioHost staff are unpaid volunteers who donate their time to assist others. Please do not create duplicate requests everywhere for the same issue. Asking the same question in multiple posts can lead to wasted effort and slower support. All helpers have full-time jobs and lives outside this project, and we run the organization in our free time. If we are busy, things may not get done very quickly. Help is usually provided within 24 hours, but there is no guaranteed timeframe. Due to time zone differences (most staff are based in North America) and real-life commitments like work, school, and family, response times can vary. Unlike for-profit hosting companies with full-time employees working 40 hours a week, it is rare for any of our volunteers to work more than an hour or so per day. No one is required to log hours and volunteers come and go as they please. If we are not having fun volunteering, providing support, chatting with the community, or developing new features, we take a break and focus on other things. This is why we do not offer SLAs or ETAs for new features or repairs, and why things move a little slower than with a commercial host. 7. Looks like this was requested and resolved on Discord. All helpers are unpaid volunteers who donate their time to assist others. Most are based in North America and some are asleep in the middle of our night time. For support response timelines (SLAs and ETAs), check: https://wiki.helionet.org/ETA For guidance on where and how to ask for help, see: https://wiki.helionet.org/FAQ#Where_do_I_ask_for_help? 8. Thank you for the quick assist!
  9. It looks to be working for me. When I connect, it shows secure with a valid certificate. Sometimes it takes longer than normal for it to issue, especially if DNS wasn't set up before adding the domain. Are you still seeing issues on your side?
  10. I've escalated your thread so an administrator can comment on this. What is the username of your brother's account?
  11. Yesterday
  12. Oh, thank you very much!
  13. It's ok. Don't worry about it.
  14. Domains added. Please be sure to configure DNS. The domains can take up to 2 hours to function.
  15. Please provide proof of purchase/license for the software. For the SQL issue, looks like you raised a duplicate request by email, which has been replied to. Please refer here. As I've already asked you here: Please do not create duplicate forum threads for the same issue. All helpers are unpaid volunteers who donate their time to assist others. Asking the same question in multiple posts can lead to wasted effort and slower support. For guidance on where and how to ask for help, see: https://wiki.helionet.org/FAQ#Where_do_I_ask_for_help? 16. You were suspended for causing high server load (using 200.17 GB of memory). You'll need to drastically reduce your server load, or your account will be resuspended. I've reactivated your account, it should begin working shortly.
  17. You already kept another account here: https://helionet.org/index/topic/65703-appeal-for-one-account-gjamesbrown76/
  18. Last week
  19. You are indeed suspended for creating multiple Tommy accounts. Users are limited to a single account, except if the accounts are on Morty. Account gjamesbrown76 has been unsuspended. It may take a little while to work again. Also, I've credited your Tommy account with the $4 you paid for the other two banned tommy accounts. If you decide you want to move to Morty at any point, that credit can be used for your Morty balance. Or, if you donate $1 more, we can turn the $5 into an extra 1000MB space for you instead.
  20. I've added that subdomain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the change to take effect. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  21. Marking solved because the user reported their own content to request it be closed. In the future, please reply to your topic instead if you no longer need assistance. Also, to clarify the issue, Johnny's MariaDB restarts around this time of day for maintenance, and during the restart, it is impossible to log into your account and Plesk will not function. If you're already logged in, you'll receive database errors or undesired behavior. It resolves in a few minutes on its own when the restart completes. This behavior (while a bit scary) is normal.
  22. Domain added. it can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  23. Subdomain added. it can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  24. Domain added. Please be sure to configure DNS. It can take up to 2 hours to function.
  25. Domain added. Please keep in mind that there is a limit of 10 domains per person, and you are now using all 10. If you want additional domains in the future, you will be required to have a domain removed first in order to have a different one added.
  26. That worked! Thank you very much!
  27. I’m so sorry, I didn’t fully read the email I was sent. This can be closed
  28. In PostgreSQL you can't have a database username that is the same as a database name. Can you double check that this is the correct database username?
  29. Thank you MoneyBroz for the tip. Thank you KazVee for suggesting to delete a test file, this worked and I now can see the .trash folder. Thank you wolstech for reviewing, yes they are all WordPress, which are bloated, I just didn't know how bloated. So I will need to review them. I'm glad that I bought more space so as I experiment I wont have any overage. Thanks again everyone, have a great day and feel free to mark this a solved.
