If youâre also open to alternatives, Iâd recommend looking at Zoho Mail. Itâs not really built for bulk marketing like SMTPmart or Brevo, but itâs a very solid option for reliable business email. â Pros: - Has a free plan (up to 5 users, 5GB each). - Very stable and trusted as a business email provider. - Supports custom domains with SMTP/IMAP/POP3. â ď¸ Cons: - Sending limits are much lower (around 200 emails/day on the free plan). - Not designed for large marketing campaigns. So in short, if your goal is marketing and automation, Brevo might still be the better fit. But if you just need professional email for your domain, Zoho Mail is a great choice.

Remote access was already enabled for that database, and the remote access was transferred to Morty when your account was moved. The problem is you're using the host "morty.heliohost.org" and you should be using the host "65.19.154.94". Thanks for translating it to English for me. host=65.19.154.94 port=5432 user=camilogeo_admin dbname=camilogeo_gis password=<set in Plesk>

Domain added. it can take up to 2 hours to start working

Changes to the state of a domain take up to 2 hours to take effect. It's not instant. The domain is already working for me though, so if you're still seeing a 404 error, please clear your cache.

Please check your PMs for information regarding your Lily account.
-
Domain added, it'll take effect in about an hour. You'll need to switch to HelioHost's nameservers or create an A/AAAA record to Tommy's IP for the domain to work.

According to my research PayPal does work in Egypt, but you can't send or receive money via "friends or family" which is fine for us because we always use "services or goods" for payments anyways. If someone asks you to send them money via PayPal as "friends or family" it is probably a scam because there is no buyer protection and you won't be able to dispute the payment. We also have Stripe which we are planning on integrating into our website at some point. We already allow people to donate for Tommy, make a Morty purchase, or set up a VPS subscription using Stripe payment links, but it's not integrated into our website yet. People just have to ask us for a link.

[Solved] VPS Subscription Renewal (and Morty Account top up)
Krydos replied to msbsurfi's topic in Escalated Requests
I tested the download speed of your VPS and found it to be about 93.1 MB/s: root@vps112:~# wget https://heliohost.org/speedtest/100MB.bin --2025-08-19 00:26:03-- https://heliohost.org/speedtest/100MB.bin Resolving heliohost.org (heliohost.org)... 65.19.141.66 Connecting to heliohost.org (heliohost.org)|65.19.141.66|:443... connected. HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 200 OK Length: 104857600 (100M) [application/octet-stream] Saving to: â100MB.binâ 100MB.bin 100%[====================================================================================================>] 100.00M 93.1MB/s in 1.1s 2025-08-19 00:26:04 (93.1 MB/s) - â100MB.binâ saved [104857600/104857600] I also tested the speed of Morty, which is on a faster hard drive array, which is slightly faster at 104 MB/s: root@morty [~]# wget https://heliohost.org/speedtest/100MB.bin --2025-08-18 18:27:39-- https://heliohost.org/speedtest/100MB.bin Resolving heliohost.org (heliohost.org)... 65.19.141.66 Connecting to heliohost.org (heliohost.org)|65.19.141.66|:443... connected. HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 200 OK Length: 104857600 (100M) [application/octet-stream] Saving to: â100MB.binâ 100MB.bin 100%[====================================================================================================>] 100.00M 104MB/s in 1.0s 2025-08-18 18:27:40 (104 MB/s) - â100MB.binâ saved [104857600/104857600] The difference in speed only makes 100 MB download take a tenth of a second longer though. I wouldn't say that 93.1 MB/s is annoyingly slow though. Seems pretty fast to me. -
You should be using johnny.heliohost.org as the database server hostname. Also, the error you're getting makes me think you have the DB settings wrong somewhere else in your code, as it's mentioning 'lsvcam_webcamLSVdbUser'@'www640.your-server.de' If this were set up correctly on your end, that bold part should be showing johnny.heliohost.org.

[Solved] Hi, I would like to add my domain.
MoneyBroz replied to freebeedee's topic in Customer Service
Domain added. it can take up to 2 hours to start working. -
And to give a more thorough idea of just how dumb this was, your actions caused nearly 3000 other websites across 988 other users to experience an outage.
-
Odds are youâre probably sharing a network or a computer with someone else who has an account. Either way, since the other account is still suspended and we havenât heard from the other user, youâve been unsuspended. it may take a few minutes to work again.

DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain fallbork.helioho.st. We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.

Yes, you can have up to 10 domains associated with your account, including domains you purchased with a registrar or free domains like .helioho.st or .heliohost.us. Only staff members can add domains at the moment.

[Solved] Connection to database server
wolstech replied to dipeshshrestha's topic in Customer Service
For others who may read this, yes you do. Marking solved. -
Third party DNS is not supported for helioho.st and heliohost.us subdomains. This restriction is intentional and is for two reasons: Some providers don't understand that the subdomains can be owned by different users. CF used to be one of the biggest offenders of this, though apparently it does recognize the subdomains separately now. Prevents users from pointing our domains to a third-party host. This is to prevent someone from doing something like hosting a phishing site on a third-party server where we can't scan for abuse/investigate/ban them, and getting the entire domain blacklisted.
