This account was one of 3 in a group that got flagged, and based on the other details, only 2 of them are actually the same user. Unsuspended. It may take up to 2 hours for everything to work again.

[Solved] acoount suspended
wolstech replied to enigmamarketing1's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
It is indeed suspended due to multiple accounts, though the public IP address is not the only reason the suspension was triggered. That said, since all of the accounts in question are still suspended, I've unsuspended this one for you. It can take a few minutes to work again, and the domains can take up to two hours. -
Thanks. Already deleted it. By the way did it raise the flag because of the word "proxy" inside the script?, because its not like a network proxy, it's actually just an API endpoint. It was an AI generated script, and it decided to use the word "proxy" as handler.

Question Regarding VPS Service and cPanel Availability
Krydos replied to emmanuelfosso205's topic in Customer Service
We strongly encourage anyone who will listen to avoid cPanel at all costs. Very evil people work for that company, and the control panel is pretty bad too. -
I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache Happy programming! 🙂

Looks like you got it to work, let us know if you need help with anything else.

Hello! You can use your own custom domain as your new main domain, or we can add it to your account as an addon domain. Just let us know the full domain you want, including TLD (.net, .com, etc.) and whether you want it as your new main domain, or as an addon and an admin can add it to your account for you.

Yes, you can change the email address for your account inside Plesk. Please see here for the steps on how: https://wiki.helionet.org/FAQ#How_do_I_change_the_contact_email_address_on_my_account?

Installed. You can see the current list of modules and their versions for Tommy's Python 3.12 at https://krydos1.heliohost.org/pyinfo/info3.12.py

That account's registration is not finished. Try the link in the email again to see if it will let you complete registration. If it does not, let us know and we'll cancel the partial registration and send you a new invite to try again.

Would you like to increase the storage on your VPS or delete some files?
-
Removed.
-
This is not supported. Plesk uses httpdocs instead of www as the document root for the main domain, and renaming it can cause your account to malfunction.
-
You can't. It's disabled for security reasons on all Plesk plans. If you need access to SSH, you have to buy a VPS instead.
-
Your account is marked as inactive, there isn't any login restriction for it at the moment so all you need to do is login at https://heliohost.org/login and make sure to keep logging in at least once every 30 days to keep from it being marked inactive again.
-
I'm glad it works for you now. Feel free to let us know if you run into any other problems.

Main domain changed. it can take up to 2 hours to start working.

I've reset your account as requested. You should receive an email shortly so you can take the next steps to recreate it. I made a backup before the reset, so if you discover you need any of your old files, you can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups

Hello! The genland domain was the only one on your account, making it your main domain. I've changed the main domain on your account to be genhub.helioho.st. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for your new domain to fully work. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache Please note there is a risk of data loss when main domains are changed, so I made a full backup for you before I made the changes, in case you need any files from the old genland domain. You can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups
