[Solved] accidentally deleted website folder!!!
wolstech replied to urbanshed's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
Fixed. If you delete the document root folder, you'll break the domain. There are special permissions on those folders that you can't set yourself, so even if you recreate the folder, you still have to contact support to have the permissions fixed. -
The directory /var/www/html/files/c-cloud and all contents have been deleted. If you realize you need something that was inside there, or if I misunderstood what you wanted, I made a backup first and put it in /home/marcomessina/c-cloud.tar.gz for you.

[Krydos] Database Missing After Server Migration
Krydos replied to pptvirtual's topic in Escalated Requests
So, Morty and Morty2 are using much newer versions of MariaDB than Tommy. When you went from Morty to Tommy some of your new collation doesn't exist on Tommy's older MariaDB so it wasn't able to create those tables. ERROR 1273 (HY000) at line 766 in file: '/tmp/pmm-ru-udb-dump-yVJTNQ/backup_sqldump_2605201808': Unknown collation: 'utf8mb4_uca1400_ai_ci' We're going to be upgrading Tommy to use the same version of MariaDB as Morty2 as soon as the Johnny rebuild is finished. You've got enough Morty balance now to last probably 2 years with no overages, so it probably won't be an issue again for you. I found 6 databases, and put them in your home folder for you as .sql files. You'll probably need to recreate the database, and then import the .sql file in. Since you're on Morty2 now there shouldn't be any issue with the collation anymore. Let us know if you're still missing anything. -
DNS recreated.

[Solved] Wordpress site broken after migration
Krydos replied to thirugns's topic in Escalated Requests
Fixed. The issue is Morty has a newer MariaDB than Tommy, and you created your Wordpress database using a collation that doesn't exist in the older MariaDB on Tommy. After converting your data into a collation that Tommy understands it works fine now. -
Your account has been reset. You should receive an email link to recreate your account shortly.

[Solved] Python Module Installation request - ctrlroom.heliohost.us
Krydos replied to ksuresh's topic in Escalated Requests
Since the requested modules were installed, and you didn't answer my question about whether or not you're asking about WSGI control access, I'm going to assume you don't want WSGI control access and this request is complete. If you really do want to have WSGI control access enabled please open a new request. -
[Inactive] Does Tommy Server Not Support WebSocket Upgrades?
Krydos replied to genwork's topic in Escalated Requests
Closing due to inactivity since there has been no response in this thread for over a week. If you're still having this issue or need help with something else please open a new ticket. -
The server your account is on (Johnny) crashed 2 weeks ago. Please see https://helionet.org/index/topic/67733-when-it-rains-it-pours/ for more information. Once the server is back up, we can look at changing your email address to something non-disposable where you will be able to receive emails. Once more news is available about the Johnny rebuild, it wil be posted in the News section of the forum here: https://helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/

Subdomain added. It can take up to 2 hours to start working.

Are you sure you updated your DNS correctly? I'm seeing the wrong IP addresses. The IP address for morty2 ends in .93, but your domains are resolving to .94 (old Morty). Please verify that you updated DNS correctly to match the ones that are shown in plesk for your domains. As for servers changing quite a bit, yes, we do rebuild our servers quite often. If we don't, things like what recently happened to Johnny are the result. It's typically once every year or two. If you used our DNS, this process would be entirely automated and seamless (at the expense of not being able to edit your DNS records), but when users decide to use external DNS, issues such as yours can arise after moves.

The domain ace-agents.helioho.st has been added to your account. I had to guess this is what you wanted, since you didn't provide the full domain but you have other "helioho.st" domains on your account already. If this is not the domain you wanted, please let us know. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache When asking for domains to be added, please always provide the following information: The full addon domain name you want, including the top-level domain (TLD): If you're using HelioHost's domains, specify either helioho.st or heliohost.us If you've purchased a custom domain, specify the TLD (such as .com, .net, etc.) You can read more about this on our technical documentation Wiki page at: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#How_can_I_create_an_Addon_Domain?
