We have about 8000 accounts so we don't change document roots for anyone without valid justification because it unnecessarily increase admin workload for no good reason. / is already inaccessible to a browser plus you can create directories such as /private/ that are also inaccessible to a browser.

I tested this a bit Morty logs loading on Node.js enabled domain = 3.43 seconds Tommy logs loading on Node.js enabled domain = 20.01 seconds So, yes Morty is quite a bit faster, but it shouldn't take more than 30 seconds. Perhaps you need to reset your account first regardless of whether you move to Morty or not. I think this is an issue specific to your account, not a server-wide issue.

  18. The easiest way cancel your VPS is to just go to https://heliohost.org/dashboard/cancel/ and click "Delete VPS". If you can't figure out how to cancel your VPS on your own, we can cancel the VPS for you, but since the email address on this forum account doesn't match the email address on the VPS we need to verify the email address prior to deleting any data. This is to prevent someone from pretending to be you to delete your data. The easiest way to verify your email address is for you to send an email to support@heliohost.org from the email address associated with your VPS.
  19. That domain is working properly for me. Please clear your cache. Note that this error is usually caused by running out of disk space, and you are very close to your limit (975 of 1000MB). I suspect you were over your limit earlier and have since dropped below due to something like log rotation freeing up space.
  20. error_log for domain twoofswords.net has been discarded. The best fix for this is to enable log rotation and set a max size that's reasonable (like 10MB) with a low maximum number of logs (like 3). That way the server will rotate them out and then eventually delete them for you. I've gone ahead and set up the rotation for you on that domain so this won't happen again.

  24. WSGI control access has been enabled on the domain ctrlroom.heliohost.us. To restart your Flask app and load new code changes in simply edit /home/ctrlroom.heliohost.us/httpdocs/workboard/flask.wsgi. Adding a blank line, removing a blank line, adding a space, or removing a space are examples of editing the file. As long as the last modified timestamp changes it will clear the server cache.   28. Can you explain why all of the accounts have very similar usernames? (Also, on the off chance these are a result of you just needing multiple websites, you can have multiple sites on 1 account...a Johnny account can have up to 5 websites/domains on it).
