  5. Thank you for installing the modules! I also notice that the Python/mod_wsgi option is not showing in my Plesk dashboard for ctrlroom.heliohost.us. On Morty, my Flask app ran via mod_wsgi with the entry point at: /home/ctrlroom.heliohost.us/httpdocs/workboard/flask.wsgi Could you please enable mod_wsgi for Python on my domain so I can configure the Python app in Plesk? Thank you

  8. Krydos can take a look, but the fact your account only existed for about 3 weeks reduces the odds of being able to recover any databases. The ones we have recovered primarily came from older backups or account archives that existed before the crash (such backups are system-created when an account is archived from inactivity, and are often created by an admin when an account is reset). What was the name of the database? Also, do you know the name of any of the tables in that database?

  12. Do you want metalost2.helioho.st or another domain? Apologies for not making it clearer that the VPS admins will need to know the full domain you want. Unless for the first time ever someone says "surprise me!" and we'll see how creative they get. 🙂

  26. Your account was suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You have 3 options to regain access to your account: You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.
