[Solved] Request to change account email address (Institutional email expiring)

Hello HelioHost Support Team,

I am writing to request a change of the email address associated with my HelioHost account. The email address currently on file is an institutional email that will soon be permanently deleted by my organization.

You can change this in Plesk. Go to Plesk then click your username in the upper right->Edit Profile and update the contact info. Once updated, it can take a few hours before our website dashboard and login page reflects the change.

If you're unable to change it for some reason, please let us know and we'll manually send an email to your old email address to verify your identity, then update it on our side.

It looks like dtfj was able to change their email address themselves, since when I check now the email address on the account is the non-institutional email address they wanted to change it to. 🙂

I've removed both email addresses from their post for privacy and data protection, and I'll mark this as [Solved].
