wolstech Posted May 26 Posted May 26 Thank you for the purchase. I'll pass this along to someone who can verify the payment since it went through Stripe (I can only handle the Paypal purchases). Your account is actually on Tommy at the moment, which is kind of interesting. We can certainly use the $5 as a payment to upgrade you to Morty, but the account paul70 is not a Morty Trial account. Do you have 2 accounts? If so, is paul70 the one you want moved to Morty?

We can just treat it as an upgrade instead of a trial conversion since the pricing is the same either way if you still want the account, and we'll just move the Tommy account to Morty for you. If not, Krydos can process a refund for you. Keep in mind that refunds typically have $0.50 deducted because of processing charges that we can't get back from Stripe or Paypal even if we refund the payment.

Your account is now moving to Morty, which should be complete in the coming hours. Accounts can take a few hours to fully move. You should have received an email when the move started, and should receive a second email when it completes. During this time, it is recommended that you not change your website or files, as the changes may be lost if files are updated while the account is moving. Thank you for upgrading to Morty.

Krydos Posted May 27 Posted May 27 Glad to hear it. Morty2 is our fastest server on our fastest hardware. Servers tend to get slower and slower as time wears on, so we have to rebuild them occasionally to keep them at peak performance. Since Morty2 just got rebuilt a few weeks ago he's blazing fast right now. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
