Hello HelioHost Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing because I have a free hosting
account with you
at the following address:

https://verdegenius.heliohost.us/

The email associated with the account is: verdegeinus@gmail.com

When I try to access the account, I receive this message:

"That account has been backed up and then taken offline due to inactivity.
We
recommend downloading your backup, and then creating a new account. If you
need
help with anything please don't hesitate to contact support."

At the moment, I cannot log in because the site is not responding properly.
I already have a backup of my files, but I would like to know if it is
possible
to restore the account so it can work again, or if I should follow a
specific
procedure to reactivate it.

Some time ago, I was offered the option to create a Morty account, but I
did
not proceed with it. The original ticket related to this issue is here:

https://helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=67799

I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed and whether the account
can be restored. I hope to have everything working again as soon as
possible.

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards, Gustavo

That account was lost in the recent Johnny crash. An invite for a replacement Johnny account has been sent to you. Please click the link in that email to recreate your account.
