Krydos Posted May 20 Posted May 20 Yep, you're on Johnny, and we're in the middle of upgrading Johnny right now. You can't login to a server that is not finished being rebuilt. We made a news post about it on May 8th https://helionet.org/index/topic/67733-when-it-rains-it-pours/ and we also emailed you on May 9th to give you options during the rebuild.
HelioHost Posted May 22 Author Posted May 22 Hi thank you for your response and apology for missing your email in May. Considering where I am now, what do you suggest I should do next? Many thanks On Wed, 20 May 2026 at 01:53, HelioHost Support wrote: > Yep, you're on Johnny, and we're in the middle of upgrading Johnny right > now. KazVee Posted May 22 Posted May 22 Hello! Once the Johnny server is back up, there'll be a news post about it. I would recommend you check the News section of the forum every so often for more information on the server rebuild, as it becomes available: https://helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/ In the meantime, as the news post says: If you'd like to get your website back online immediately, the Morty and Tommy servers are still operating normally, or you could even move to a VPS as well. If you'd rather remain on Johnny, then once it's repaired, you'll be able to access your account once again. Please keep an eye on the News section for more announcements. Thanks!
