Hello,

First I would like to appreciate your hard work to make internet accessible
to everyone. Had it not been Johnny, I would be left only with much more
expensive options.
That said, I just realized that I cannot login to the Johnny server with my
usual credential; I do acknowledge that it is still under construction and
might take a while to finish. I just wanted to make sure that this is an
expected behavior: that is, no one can login before the server is fixed.

Thank you in advance and again, I sincerely appreciate your hard work.

Hi, I cannot login on my Johnny account either, I'd like to confirm if this is what's expected for now, or not. Thanks in advance.

Being unable to log into Johnny is normal during the rebuild because there are no accounts on the server. Once its rebuilt, users will need to be reinvited to create an account (or moved from Morty if you took advantage of the free Morty trial offer that was sent by email last week).

If you're looking for your data in the meantime, you can download a file backup from https://heliohost.org/backup/
