I did not receive any mail about this suspension. Can you please investigate the issue and unsuspend my account? Added Text: I think the account is suspended automatically because of having two accounts in free server. The accounts I have are- 1. msbsurfi (My personal hobby account) 2. hhfn (I manage it for a non-profit organization named "Helping Hand For Needy") Previously both accounts were created on Johnny server with prior permission from Heliohost administration. So these accounts were excluded from the automatic suspension. But later "hhfn" was moved to Morty as Tommy and Johnny was having some issues (Probably the mail server was attacked) and the exclusion rule was removed. Yesterday "hhfn" gets back to Tommy again and I get two accounts on same free server. So please address the fact why there is more than one account and I request an unsuspension. Please fix the issue quickly, including disabling any scheduled backups or scheduled tasks so they stop using CPU. If this happens again, you’re going to have to move back to Morty. Also, we intentionally don’t send notifications when users are suspended for anything other than inactivity. It is normal for you to not receive any communications about your suspension prior to contacting support. Unsuspended. It can take up to two hours for your domains to function. Quote
