[Solved] Rebuild VPS

Hello. I would to request to start fresh for VPS158 under user339058.

 

I understand this service is limited to just once per month. May I know if it is available more than once per month, perhaps as a cost option? 

 

Is the domain tied to the VPS retained after a rebuild?

Yes you can buy extra VPS rebuilds if you want them. If I remember right they're $1 each. The vps158.heliohost.us domain as well as any others you've had us set up DNS for will remain valid after the rebuild (though of course you'll need to install and configure whatever software you need on the VPS for them to work).
