High server load. 10063.00 CPU.

You were suspended for high server load. Something on your account was using a lot of CPU. The most common causes of excessive CPU usage are leaving SFTP sessions open too long, excessive cron/scheduled task usage, scripts that are too heavy (e.g. video converters), or scripts that are broken (e.g. stuck in infinite loops). Since it's been 9 days, I don't have a load chart to look at for your account to tell you exactly what process used the CPU.

Your account has been unsuspended. You should be able to log in within a few minutes and domains can take up to 2 hours to function.

Between 2026-04-13 05:46:59 and 2026-04-14 05:46:59 your account used 10063.00 CPU. The daily limit on Johnny is 10k, and if you exceed this limit you are suspended. All of your load just comes from PHP and it looks like you're running Laravel. If you need more than 10k CPU per day we recommend upgrading to Morty which allows unlimited CPU. You can move your account at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/ if you want to. You may also be able to block bots in .htaccess to reduce your load, or switch to different software, uninstall any unneeded plugins, etc. You should also keep an eye on https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ to see your load before you get suspended.

no reason

When you try to login or go to your website URL and it reads

Your website has been disabled because it exceeded the 24 hour limit of 200 GB memory or 10,000 CPU. If you would like to have your account unsuspended please let us know by opening a support ticket on our forums, and explaining what you will do to reduce the load your website causes. If you're not sure why your website caused so much load we might be able to help you with that as well.

How can you say that is for "no reason"? I feel like that is pretty clear why you were suspended, and it explains the exact reason. If you have any suggestions on how to make it clearer to people that they aren't being suspended for "no reason" we would love to hear it. One idea we're planning on implementing is emailing people when they're close to hitting the limit or when they get suspended. Any other ideas would be helpful though.
