Could you send me the login details and account configuration messages, such as DNS and login area information?
wolstech Posted April 16 Posted April 16 We are only able to reset a password and send it to the addresses on file for security reasons. That said, there are two different email addresses on this account (they look like these...primary: zonar***@gmail and secondary: emi***@gmail). Do you perhaps have access to the secondary email address (it's likely the email address on your paypal account since you've been on Morty in the past)? If so, we can send a password reset to that one instead for you.
