I tried resetting the password 2 times, and it works, it seems to change it, but the moment i try logging in, it always says "Unable to login with that password and username" [image: image.png] [image: image.png]
wolstech Posted March 19 Posted March 19 What is your username? Also, the support email does not accept pictures or attachments. Please upload the pictures to something like Imgur and send us a link.

Krydos Posted March 19 Posted March 19 When you picked the new password did you use any accented characters or UTF-8 characters? We recommend only using ASCII characters.
