wolstech Posted February 23 Posted February 23 This is normal server maintenance. This database restart on Johnny occurs daily, usually around 11AM EST, and lasts about 10 minutes. If you really can't afford the 10 minutes of downtime, you would have to move to a faster server. As for the 502 Bad Gateway, this occurs every 2 hours when Apache restarts, and is normal. The only way to avoid this would be to switch to Morty where the restarts take just seconds and you never see the error. Even Tommy can experience these (though they manifest as a 504 on Tommy).
