I just tried to login to my account, using this email address, and it said
it was unable to log in with my supplied credentials.

I tried to reset my password, and while I received the email and was able
to put in a password, it threw an error on submission.

Any idea what's going on?

You probably tried to log in/reset during the daily mysql restart on Johnny (which usually occurs around this time each day). That usually takes a few minutes, and during that time, login and reset will not work for Johnny users.

Try it again and see if it will let you finish resetting your password. It looks like Johnny is working again on my side.

Yeah, that was it. Thanks for the info. I'll try to remember the timing in

Johnny is scheduled for an upgrade in the next few months. We're hoping that the MariaDB uptime will improve after the upgrade. We'll make a news post once the upgrade is done. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
