I tried to reset my password, and while I received the email and was able to put in a password, it threw an error on submission. Any idea what's going on? Thanks! Steve
wolstech Posted January 29 Posted January 29 You probably tried to log in/reset during the daily mysql restart on Johnny (which usually occurs around this time each day). That usually takes a few minutes, and during that time, login and reset will not work for Johnny users. Try it again and see if it will let you finish resetting your password. It looks like Johnny is working again on my side.

Krydos Posted January 29 Posted January 29 Johnny is scheduled for an upgrade in the next few months. We're hoping that the MariaDB uptime will improve after the upgrade. We'll make a news post once the upgrade is done. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
