Hello, my account seems to have been suspended due to Over Usage Policy (Again, sorry!),

Your account was indeed suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You're using 1316.71 MB when the limit is 1000 MB. 

Krydos can delete the backups for you. 🙂

In case you weren't aware, you can set an automatic limit on your site backups, so they don't pile up and bring you over the limit unexpectedly. You can read more about limiting the number of backups here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups#Limiting_the_Number_of_Backups_Stored_in_Plesk

Another option I want to make sure you're aware of is that if users hit/exceed the the account storage limit, you could regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/storage/ 
This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost.

I'll escalate this to the root admins for the backup deletion.

Backups for user LordSterben have been discarded and scheduled backups have been turned off to prevent the account from filling up again. If you want to use scheduled backups, please set up remote storage for them so the account doesn't fill up.
