[Solved] Unsuspent account

Hello,

I have a website -> https://np-webdesign.heliohost.org/  <- and when I open it in a browser I get

Inactive Account

Your account has been suspended for inactivity. To keep your account active you need only log in to heliohost.org at least once every 30 days. Failure to log in often enough results in your account being flagged as inactive. If you would like to continue using this account you can renew it. If you have already recently renewed your account and are still being redirected to this page don't forget to clear your browser cache.

 When I click on 'Renew account' the logo starts spinning but nothing happens and keeps spinning.
What can I do to get my account renewed or can you fix my problem.

Browsers Edge and Google Chrome

Do you have any extensions installed? If so, try renewing it using an incognito window.

If for some reason it still won't renew, let me know and I'll renew it on my end.

Also tried browser Firefox -> same suspended error

Yes and there the logo keeps on spinning and nothing happens and never stops spinning

both ... when I push the renew button or when I solve the captcha

I have no idea what the issue is. I submitted your username, solved the captcha, clicked submit, and it spun for like 0.05 seconds and then the message about renewing your account came up. I wonder if your antivirus or router or something is blocking it?

The problem (suspended) is solved now. Maybe due to what you did? I have no clue but thanks a lot for your 'help'
My website shows again in browser
