[Krydos] pip install fastapi in morty

I've noticed that fastapi is installed in johnny, tommy, but not morty. Is it possible to install it there too.

one last thing, I forgot. Fastapi also needs uvicorn to run. So please add this one too. Johnny and Tommy have it.
