Hello, I am using and accessing my account from the school's internet connection. I have been using the account and the Database hosting services to work on my final project with a partner for our Database Systems class. The project is due on November 30th, and there is still more work we need to do building tables in the database. I will only need the account till at most mid-December, then I am perfectly fine deleting it to free up space, but I really need ot for the project. Please get back to me as soon as possible regarding this problem.??

| Hey Rebeccaandlida,

We have noticed a new login to your account that may indicate a violation our Terms of Service. If you didn't read our Terms during the creation of your account you may do so now by going to https://heliohost.org/terms/

Sometimes this can be triggered erroneously by one of the following:

? Multiple family members creating an account from the same internet connection.
? Logging in from a school internet connection where another student also has an account.
? Logging in from a work internet connection where a coworker also has an account.
? Maintaining an account for someone else.

In the last year, 60% of the accounts we were forced to suspend were because people didn't read the first line in our Terms of Service and created more than one account without getting permission in advance. This applies to both our free Johnny accounts and donor Tommy accounts. If you'd like to have more than one account you may do so by moving your accounts to our Morty plan which does not have a limit.

Since we're a small non-profit organization funded primarily by donations we don't have a huge budget to purchase an unlimited number of servers to keep up with the demand for accounts. We turn away hundreds of people every day who would love to have an account, but we can't host their website because our servers are so full. We don't think it's fair for some people to have more than one account, while at the same time, so many other people aren't able to have an account at all.

If you did create more than one account, just let us know which one you'd like to keep, or explain what the situation is. You can reply to this email or click the Contact Support button below to let us know how we can help. Please respond to this within the next 24 hours to avoid any downtime for your website(s). Thanks.

You're welcome to keep your one account for as long as you want. The problem is you have two accounts. Since you sent us this email from the address associated with the account rebeccaandlida that account has been unsuspended, and the other one will remain suspended.

Since you have two accounts, we can combine them for you if you would like. It looks like both accounts each have one database in them. You can have more than one database on a single account, so we could just move the database from the suspended account into the rebeccaandlida account so you have access to both.

Would you like us to combine your accounts?

Sorry about that, yes I did create a second account in order to work with a partner on this project without needing to give her the login information for my primary account. Turns out she hasn't been using it anyway. I also did not realize that one account could have multiple databases. The other account that has the Golfer Database is the one I want to keep, as that one is much more important and has had a lot more work put into it. If you could unsuspend the other account and just delete this one (The rebeccaandlida account), I can rebuild the project database myself. There isn't really much on it anyway.?
Once again, I am so sorry for the trouble and the misunderstanding. Now that I know one account can have multiple Databases, and I am aware of the one-account limit, I will not make any other accounts.?

I created a full backup of rebeccaandlida which you can download from https://heliohost.org/backup and deleted that account. I have unsuspended the rebeccastclair account. You may create as many databases on that account as you want as long as they all fit within the 1000 MB storage limit. If you need more than 1000 MB that can be upgraded too. You may also have up to 10 domains for free if you want too.
