It seems like you may be posting non-ASCII characters which just show up as questions marks (???) for us. If you could send your request in English using ASCII characters we should be able to read it. Otherwise you could also use https://helionet.org to send us a message in UTF-8, but the only language we are fluent in is English so it would be helpful if you could translate it to English either way.
