Dear support,

I like to change the bank account that I use to pay this subscription.
In PayPal?s FAQ I can only find methods that start with ?login to PayPal??, but I do not have nor want a PayPal login.
Do you know how I should proceed?

An admin will need to manually cancel the subscription associated with the VPS. I would recommend you wait for an admin to respond as I am not 100% sure what the discount is for 12 months. Once the admin tells you the amount, you can either send a PayPal payment for the full 12 months, or have the admin generate a stripe link and post the transaction# here so he can manually update your subscription.

Only admins can mark threads as Solved, but that's for forum threads that started with a post, not for ones that were created from an email to the support inbox. But I'm glad to hear the issue is resolved. ?

I have linked your new subscription ID to your VPS, and when it starts billing in December you will get an invoice for the payment. If there is any problem with the payment we'll email you about it. Thanks for being a VPS customer. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
