HelioHost Posted October 21, 2025 Posted October 21, 2025 Username: eliazar225, Server: Tommy, Main domain: eliazar.heliohost.usHi, I would just like to clarify that I didn't create any new account and this is actually my first time hearing about helio host. I only access my account in my home in my personal laptop so It's unlikely that I accidentally log in my account in school or work internet. I would like to ask if there's a specific concern in my account so I can address it. Thank you and have a great day. wolstech Posted October 21, 2025 Posted October 21, 2025 This isn't anything on your part. The automated multiple account detections just have extremely high false positive rates (>80%), especially for users in smaller countries. It looks like you might be in the Philippines...we have tons of users there. Using shared networks, or just having an ISP that recycles IPs quickly will cause this...all it takes is your ISP randomly handing you an IP that another user of ours has had before and both people get this message. Unsuspended.
