HelioHost Posted October 14, 2025 Posted October 14, 2025 Username: jhilari, Server: Tommy, Main domain: jhilari.helioho.stDear Sir/madam, I can't access to my databases from plesk control panel. I've realized that administrator made a backup of all my mySQL databases, but I am not able to restore them either. I would appreciate any advise... Thank you very much in advance, Josep M Hilari Missatge de HelioHost del dia dl., 13 d?oct. 2025 a les 4:18: > [image: HelioHost | Community powered free hosting for everyone.] > > Hey Jhilari, > > Your account has been moved to the new server! > > Keep in mind that your IPv4 address and IPv6 address have also changed. Krydos Posted October 14, 2025 Posted October 14, 2025 Did you get our emails about your Morty balance running out?

I understood that my account has been moved to new servers and I have got the new IP adresses by email, but I don't know how to use this IP to access to my databases from plesk. Thank you.
Krydos Posted October 14, 2025 Posted October 14, 2025 What host value are you using for your databases? Are you planning on moving back to Morty or staying on Tommy?
Josep M Hilari Posted October 14, 2025 Posted October 14, 2025 I don't know do you exactly are asking for... anyway I attached a snapshot of some details of my hosting account.
Josep M Hilari Posted October 15, 2025 Posted October 15, 2025 Hello, To add more info. I've been trying to restore a backup of my databases that was done by plesk's administrator. The fact is that I cannot to restore the backup as It was made by plesk's administrators. I attached a snapshot of the backup manager screen. Thanks, Josep M
Krydos Posted October 15, 2025 Posted October 15, 2025 It looks like there were 4 databases that didn't get transferred automatically. I have exported them into .sql format and put them in your home directory. You can recreate the databases via Plesk, and then import the .sql files via phpMyAdmin. Sorry for the inconvenience.
HelioHost Posted October 15, 2025 Author Posted October 15, 2025 Hi, Thank you, I got the files, but there is still a missing file. The jhilari_curriculum_secundaria database is missing in the .sql files you transferred to my home directory. The database is visible in the snapshot I included in my previous message on the backup/restore manager screen. I'm sorry for all the inconvenience, Josep M Missatge de HelioHost Support del dia dc., 15 d?oct. 2025 a les 16:39: > It looks like there were 4 databases that didn't get transferred > automatically.
